Scottish Half Marathon

One of my proudest personal achievements was completing the Scottish Half Marathon in under two hours. Working with a personal trainer, I set out to improve my fitness and take on the challenge of breaking the two hour mark. After months of disciplined weight training and outdoor cardio, I crossed the finish line in 1 hour and 58 minutes.

Golf & Snooker

I took up golf this summer and managed to break 100 for the first time! It’s become a great weekend activity with friends. We’ve enjoyed playing a variety of courses around Edinburgh, helped by the amazing weather this year.


When I’m not golfing, you’ll usually find me at the local snooker club. I’ve played pool and snooker since I was a kid, and it’s a hobby that’s never left me.

Cooking & Baking

Cooking and baking have become my way to unwind during the week. When the day is done, I find time in the kitchen relaxing and therapeutic. a simple way to switch off for a while and even better when the food turns out great.
